These member passes are set up for individual teachers. They give the owner the right for an individual teacher to use the resources with their students. If you would like a School Member Pass, please get in touch.

What happens after you purchase your Member Pass?

It’s simple! You should already be logged into your account, so all you need to do is find what you want and download!

Before logging in, the resources appear with the price, e.g., 6.20€. After logging in, you’ll see the button changes to “Download”.

You can access your Account Details from the menu at any time. From there, you can review your account details, access your downloads and cancel your subscription if you wish.

Frequently asked questions

What is a “download”?

Some downloads are 200+ page Activity Packs including several different resources. Others are individual resources with template variations. Take a look at our Resources page and the Guide to our Resources. There are also a number of free resources for you try before committing to a Member Pass.

Are Member Passes refundable?

No. None of the Member Passes are refundable. We will only consider refunds if no files are downloaded after purchase.

Is this a subscription?

Yes. Your Member Pass will automatically renew after a year so that you’re not stuck trying to download resources when you are in a hurry. You are free to cancel your Member Pass at any time through your Account page.

Does my Member Pass include access to new resources?

Yes. No matter which Member Pass you purchase, you will be able to download any of our new resources.

How often do you add new resources?

We aim to add between 1 to 4 new resources every month, so there is always something new to enjoy.

Do you offer support if I need help?

Yes! Just send an email to [email protected] or use the contact form. I’ll get back to you with the help you need as quickly as possible.

I bought a Gold Member Pass. I have reached my monthly download limit.

Get in touch if you have a specific request. I might be able to help you if you describe the situation. Alternatively, consider upgrading to a Platinum Member Pass.
